Customer service is the foundation of Brake Engineering’s success and a philosophy that runs throughout and drives the whole business. One member of the customer service team is specifically allocated to individual areas, providing one simple point of contact for all enquiries, ensuring a speedy response.
The aim at Brake Engineering is to provide “best in industry” customer service. The company has invested heavily in new IT systems to monitor the service levels. These new systems also provide valuable information on customer demand which allows for more accurate forecasting ensuring that our stock is at the "right place at the right time.”
The customer service team take some 1000 calls per day and are constantly striving to provide maximum customer satisfaction, proactively contacting customers and providing answers to customer enquiries on subjects including application checks, price and availability, arranging collections and resolving any other issues which occur.
